Ken Bonham

Ken Bonham is an attorney at Parkman White, LLP, in their Birmingham, Alabama office and is head of their bankruptcy,
family law and civil litigation practice.

Ken Bonham is a graduate of the University of Montevallo where he received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees and then
went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Birmingham School of Law where he was vice president of his graduating class. While attending law school Mr. Bonham clerked for Jefferson County Circuit Judge Gary Pate where he worked as clerk, bailiff, and administrative assistant at various times enabling him to learn all aspects of the Jefferson County family court system.

While working with Judge Pate, Mr. Bonham developed trial expertise observing some of the most experienced attorneys in the country. Mr. Bonham is a past president of rotary and has the distinction of
being a “Paul Harris fellow”. Mr. Bonham is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, licensed to practice in the northern federal district of Alabama and was previously licensed with the state of Tennessee bar where he handled extensive litigation in northern Tennessee.

Mr. Bonham primarily focuses in the areas of bankruptcy, divorceprobate and estate matters, and civil litigation.
